Iain Lewis – Managing Director
I purchased Glen Cleaning and became Managing Director of the company in 1995 – it was just a small Bristol-based business then.
My ambition was to grow the company by building a solid reputation for high-quality service and value for money.
Today, Glen Cleaning is a multi-site business which employs over 1650 staff.
I’m delighted to see the way the company has developed over the years – it has been a team effort, and I take great pride in our strong and loyal team.
Jacqui Verel – Administration Manager
I joined the company in 1998 to support the financial and administrative side of what was then a small regional company of 500 employees with a turnover of nearly £3 million.
I’ve seen a lot of changes at Glen over the years, with growth from acquisitions, the integration of large contracts, and periods of considerable change – it has been an exciting journey for all involved, and I look forward to what is still to come.
Lorraine Godfrey – Operations Director
I joined Glen Cleaning in 1995 as Operations Manager; then in January 2001 I joined the Board of Directors as Operations Director.
In my years at Glen, I have seen the Company grow from strength to strength. Slowly but surely, the team has drawn from in-house specific knowledge and expertise to win and retain business.
We have kept major contracts over the years by working in partnership with our clients; and our motto is to listen and to adjust our services accordingly.
As Glen has grown, our management team has grown with it – I am supported by four very capable Regional Managers, all of whom manage their own branches and teams of loyal staff.
