Andy Burge – Regional Manager Bristol and South West
Andy has worked for 35 years in the cleaning business, and has managed multi-sites throughout the South of England and the Midlands.
He holds BICSc Level 1 and 2 Qualifications and is a BICSc-qualified Trainer and Assessor. He also holds a certificate in Occupational Safety, and has received Health & Safety, Cleaning standards and HR training.
Andy’s experience to date is impressive – in the past, he managed 27 Tesco sites, 3 Shopping Malls, 2 Government offices, 30 HMV stores and 35 Lloyds TSB branches located from Birmingham to Henley and from New Forest to Bristol.
At Glen Cleaning, Andy is responsible for Bristol, Somerset, South Gloucester, Gloucestershire and West Midlands.
Andy’s roots are in Bristol and he knows the regions he is responsible for very well. He has been with Glen Cleaning for 18 years and recently received a long service award.

Ken Davies – Regional Manager South Wales
Ken has worked in the cleaning industry since 1983, working his way up from Site Supervisor to Regional Manager in South Wales.
He has attended many training courses – Health & Safety, BICSc Levels 1 & 2, HR Leadership and management courses.
Ken has worked in many areas of the contract cleaning business over the years, which puts him in the ideal position to manage Glen’s large contracts with the South Wales Police and University / College Campuses in the Cardiff and Valley areas.
Ken has worked for Glen Cleaning for 11 years, and has recently received a long service award.
Ken was born in Swansea and has worked in the region all his life. He knows South Wales and its people well, and during the course of his time with Glen has helped to transfer many staff over to Glen Cleaning, dealing with staff directly and via their unions.

Paul Fowler – Regional Manager, Cornwall, Devon & Dorset
During his 25 years in the cleaning industry, Paul has worked in various sectors, from plant cleaning, fire damage, office cleaning and school contracts to pest control.
Paul’s roots are in Birmingham, and this is where he began his career, working for a cleaning company in the region as an Area Manager.
He started as a mobile cleaner with Glen Cleaning, and through hard work, climbed the ladder with us to the position of Manager covering Devon.
Paul left the company for a short while to gain experience working in the public sector, looking after a large number of offices within Royal Mail. While at the Royal Mail, he worked closely with unions and company directors, and led the innovations teams throughout the South of England and Wales.
Paul rejoined Glen Cleaning as an area manager in March 2018. His role is to be responsible for our operations throughout Devon, Cornwall and Dorset, making sure that everything runs smoothly for both the client and the operatives.
Paul has BICSc Level 1 & 2, and is also a qualified BICSc assessor and trainer. He has a keen interest in health and safety and HR, and many more strings to his bow.
