About the Role

Glen group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to work in Cardiff and the surrounding area, therefore ideally lives locally to these areas.

You must be available to work Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week at £10 per hour.

This is a permanent, Full Time position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supporting, Training and Guiding Cleaning Operatives to achieve efficient and effective service levels

· Period Cleans

· To maintain a relationship with Clients and fellow Employees

· To always adhere to both security and Health & Safety procedures and policies

You will also:

· Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns

· Manage Equipment, Materials and Stock Levels

· Train and develop staff

· Carry out general cleaning duties

· Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained

· Ensure staff present a professional image

To succeed in this role, you will need:

· Full UK Drivng License for minimum of 2 years

· Strong people management skills

· Attention to detail and high standard of work

· Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

· A good understanding of Health & Safety Regulations

Company Van, Fuel Card, and Mobile Phone is provided.
