Helping Hands Programme

April 2021

On the 1st of April, we launched the Glen Helping Hands Programme, which aims to offer the Glen team emotional, physical, or financial support when they need it - a helping hand.

Helping our Employees to build healthy lives is part of our Social Value and Responsibility and our Helping Hands Programme is the tool to ensure that we develop this culture within the business.  A number of our managers have commenced the NVQ level 2 in Mental Health Awareness at Work, to become our Wellbeing Ambassadors, trained to recognise, support, or refer.

We use 'Health Assured' through Perkbox (free to our employees)  and completely confidential service to help with personal problems that might adversely impact the individual's health or wellbeing.

As part of the Helping Hands Programme, we have put in place a Helping Hand Assistance Fund to help our employees cope with unexpected hardships that place undue financial stress on them or their families.

Ask your manager or contact Employee Support for more information.

This includes the following free services for them and you and their immediate family.
