Robert Kennedy has been appointed as our new Commercial Director, with a clear brief to grow both the top and bottom line with some fantastic new clients.

He comes into the Glen family, having spent the last 3.5 years working in a market-leading, outsourced housekeeping company Hotelcare. During his tenure, he won £7m in new business and built a sustainable, robust sales process and credible pipeline of £30m annual revenues. 

Previous to Hotelcare, he was a Business Development Director at Compass, where he secured £10m new business in 2 years. He was also awarded the global prize from the business “ Know Your Product”.

With 29 years experience of selling cleaning and support services in both the Public & Private sectors, Robert is looking forward to working with the Business Development team and building fantastic partnerships with existing and new clients alike.

Residing in Portslade by Sea, a family man with 5 children, his hobbies include music (fronting a local cover band), Karate and Kickboxing. He is also a qualified Basketball Coach and keen sports watcher.
