We’ve chosen to offer National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) as our workplace pension scheme to meet our employer duties and help you put money aside for your retirement.

NEST is a straightforward pension scheme that gives you one retirement pot for life. You can contribute to your retirement pot, and in many cases we’ll contribute too. You’ll also usually get extra money from the government through tax relief, as long as you’re making contributions.

 

Auto enrolment will happen automatically for qualifying employees but all employees can choose to join the scheme.

 

We’ll automatically enrol you 3 months after your start date if you meet the qualifying criteria:

 

- aged at least 22 but under State Pension age

- working in the UK

- earning more than £10,000 pa not already a member of a qualifying workplace pension

scheme we provide

 

You’ll get contributions into your retirement pot from us and extra money from the government through basic rate tax relief, as long as you are making contributions too.

 

If you do not qualify for auto enrolment but want to opt in and become a member of NEST you just need to let us know by sending a written request to Glen Cleaning Company Ltd.

 

Please note that written notices need to be signed and any electronic notices need to include a statement that you have personally submitted it.
